Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?A: We are manufacturer of machines. We have the working plant for processing, assembling, wiring, testing, and packing. We could also provide customize service according to your requirements.
Q: What are your payment methods and terms?
A: We could do 30% T/T as deposit, 70% before shipment or 100% L/C at sight. We will shoot machine photo and video with your samples when machine is ready.
Q: How is your shipping method, and what is the delivery time?
A: Could choose different shipping method based on your requirements, by sea, by railway, by truck, by air or by courier. The delivery time will be different based on different transportation ways. We usually have stock for our machines, so could arrange delivery within 3-15 days. If you order customized line, the production time will be about 30-60 days depends on different requirements.
Q: How can you guarantee we receive a good quality?
A: First, we have QC department to control the quality from raw materials to the finished products. When the machine is finished, we will send you the inspections videos and photos. You are also welcome to come to our factory or appoint a video call to inspect the machine before you arrange the balance of the payment.
Q: What types of packaging machinery does your company offer?
A: We manufacture tube filling and sealing machines, filling machines, capping machines, labeling machines, box packaging machines, etc. Additionally, we provide various accessories or related extensions to these machines.
Q: What are the application fields of your packaging machinery?
A: Our machines are widely used in industries such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals.
Q: Are there any training courses or documents available to assist me in using this machine？
A: Yes, we have operation manuals and instructional videos step by step to help you easily understand and operate this machine. And we could also have video or audio call to help when you need any help in using the machine.
Q: How do I get the parts after purchase the machine?
A: You could buy some consumable parts when purchase the machine and also could always feel free to contact us to buy the parts you need. We have the standard machine parts in stock, could send out immediately within 1-3 days.
Q: Do you have any certifications for the machine?
A: We have CE certifications for most of our machines and also manufacture the machine complied with GMP standard.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: You could contact the sales manager anytime to get to know the status of the machine. And they will also discuss with you the details during production of the machine to help you make sure the machine is fully manufactured to meet your request.

A: When you come to Shenzhen, we could arrange pick up to visit our factory. We could offer solutions based on your specific requirements and help you to choose the most cost-effective machines. We will do our very utmost to offer the support.
